En catamaran de sport, Aurélien m’a vraiment fait progresser sur les réglages et la coordination à deux. On a travaillé la communication à bord et l’anticipation des manœuvres, ce qui a complètement changé notre efficacité. Coaching structuré, pédagogique et très rassurant.

Super expérience avec Aurélien en wingfoil freeride. Il m’a aidé à optimiser ma position en vol et à mieux gérer mes transitions sans perdre de vitesse. Ses retours sont précis, notamment sur l’engagement du corps et la gestion de la puissance. Je me sens beaucoup plus stable et fluide dans mes runs.
